Thunder defense against the Spurs in the fourth quarter. Let's go!
I'm not going to call this win luck because it was nothing of the sort. However, Billy Donovan simply won't be able to trot Enes Kanter out there for another entire 4th quarter in this series. If he does do that he definitely can't let Enes be the primary Aldridge defender. The Thunder would be better off having David West try to beat them by attacking Kanter, than having Aldridge do it.
Looking at it another way, this could be helping the Thunder's defense. It has been much discussed that they refused to double Aldridge during the incredible offensive run he put together the first games of this series. They felt they had an advantage so their offense turned it's sole focus on exploiting that advantage. In the fourth quarter of this game, they only ran 3 plays to get a good shot. One of those 3 plays was an out of bounds play. The rest of the time they sought to exploit Enes Kanter in PnR or let Kawhi try to be a superstar. If they keep executing their offense like that, the Thunder will be able to run any player out there and the defense will keep up relatively well.
